This project is located in South West Florida. The project is about 2 miles from the beach. We are looking for a clean, light, and coastal design to space. We want it to be appropriate for the area without being kitschy. We will want Photorealistic 3D renders. of the space along with 2D Floor Plan and a purchase list of the sown decor, furniture accents, etc. We have attached the plans for space. It is part of a larger home, this space will be just the mother inlaw suite that has 2 bed 2 bath kitchen and living room. I have attached the full plans of the home as well as the first image "area to [login to view URL]" the area is about 800sqft.

The kitchen and bath cabinets are grey and in the style of the attached image. The countertops are white quartz in the bathroom and the kitchen. Other than that the area is yours to plan. Furnishings and products should be from vendors. Ikea, Wayfair, target, west elm, even [login to view URL], and amazon.

The walls will be painted Sherman Williams Highly reflective white. However, you may change where you see fit.

  You direction are not clear. Name of the contest: "2 bed 1 bath...". The descripction says: 2 bed, 2 bath, kitchen and living room. The floor plan shows 2 beds, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The floor plan does not match with the furniture you chose. I do not understand what are you looking for.
