I have a paper.li newspaper. I would like to have a custom designed banner and thumbnail image (both have specific specs as mandated by paper.li).

Banner (header image for the paper) - max width is 1170 px
Thumbnail (used in the directory next to the paper title) - 268 x 181 px

I do not have specific colors/images in mind, so I would like your artistic influence. The designs should be professional in appearance and catered to the supply chain management industry. Please visit http://scm.ag to view my paper. You are not restricted to any colors, fonts...etc on the existing site. I am looking give it a new look.

Reviewing the submissions so far, I would say I am looking for a more professional look to the design. Clean and appealing, better fonts, less need to add graphic elements if they don't add to your overall design. I realize someone may want to add all kinds of detail to try and stick out, but a great font, a dash of color, and an appealing arrangement of the text could win.

But most of all....better fonts.
