It is NOT for this website, but I want it designed using these colors in mind and this web design: http://www.kenschneideratty.com/ Please do NOT copy this design, I am only giving you this website as a color reference and a size / placement on the site for reference.

I want the text to be:

Bankruptcy Solutions
Helping Consumers with Debt Resolution

I would like the PSD file as well as this with a transparent background in a PNG. Remember, this is for a law firm so please make them professional and clean!

sir kindly check #33 . can also be used without the icon of "bs" what you able to see in front and also be converted into simple black and white coz it is simple font based design. i used the dollar symbol in place s in solutions just to make people clear about it deals with solution related to their money..

darzanidarus, the reason I need it in PSD, not .ai is that I can't open it in photoshop with the layers preserved, it would flatten the image.
