Contest Brief
Design for extension of an existing two story house including renovation for existing areas and addition of modern front façade and swimming pool. We have attached a document detailing what we wish to achieve and including some design constrains. Also attached is the existing house floor plans. This contest is for the design concept, we are looking for some creative ideas for modern design. If we are happy with the winning design we may (but not obliged too) engage the contractor further to finalize the design and provide engineering drawings and internal design.

Hi all, thanks to those that reported that there was an issue with extending the contest by 5 days which has now been corrected. If you were going to submit, Please do so. As mentioned before, the extension is only for 5 days and we will not extend again. My apologies for not providing feedback last week. I am currently travelling and will be able to review/respond back by mid next week.

Hello architects, we have received some good work by number of architects. We also have been asked to extend by few days to allow some to complete their work. We extended by 5 days. There will be no further extensions. If you have received 2 to 3 stars on your work, it means that we are considering it seriously. We also tried to provide some comments to each individual architect on what aspects we liked or did not like, please take note of our requirement for open floor plan, change the stairs location to open up the foyer and to gain maximum use of the good views we have from the backyard.
