Terraced roof extension
DEAR client Given the description of the work required i have designed a complete extension of living room with the dimensions that were specified. Due to the nature of terraced housing space and the extension the design includes roof ventilation and day lighting compartment. The back exit is equipped with two glass sliding doors which increases ventilation, lighting and nature viewing. On the concern of roof strength, the roof is going to be sitting on 230mm brick wall and steel I beams. I have attached the design DWG file and picture for clear viewing of the design. I am relatively new to freelancer hence l have no reviews. However l work as a design technician therefore l have vast experience in the architectural design field. Hello Tonderai, thank you for your model. I will give you feedback. I like the strong construction. The stairs I prefer to have inside the extension. So we connect the inside and outside living. Maximizing daylight inside while still having a spacious roof terrace is what I have in mind.
