I need some help with a design for a social game app. The app needs the following:

- Player registration page - Ability to register up to 10 players with name. One player is marked as "gameleader"
- Page for choosing category (up to six categories)
- Main page with two short options
- Scoreboard page (ie. an app called scorekeeper). Both for gameleader to give points and to keep track of scores
- Page for creating own custom "options" as mentioned in "main page".

I realize I was a little vague in the description of the categories because they are not set yet but its more like regular quiz categories. Each player gets to choose from to statements and gets a point if they get it right. The statements vary from category to category. One example would be:
Category: Music
Statements: Rock or pop

There should also be the option to choose random from all categories
