  You original wireframe animation is very good and shows what I want - simply add the symbols etc, but don't do the spandex/nylon/UHMWPR part as this is not correct

  Excellent - is it possible to draw the wire frame section by section and also render bit by bit? Can we add some text for key features and/or dimensions?
