I have attached a jpg of one of our product logo, that we want to make it more classy and high quality finish. I was told it will need to be converted into a vector image and then we will need some high resolution web-compatible light jpg versions.
I will also look for you to create another version, one with more artistic and probably a better color combination, that would be making the point of global collaboration even more clear. The final winner will be on quality of the first image and clarity of vision (global collaboration) for newer image for you.
We will look for a series of images then to be done, including icons. Thanks for participating.

Contestant, I will request to use the JamBuster (no punchline in the logo below) instead of webR&D, going forward. Once again, thanks for participating and some really bright ideas.
I will be posting few projects soon, so that first two get some additional work farm out to.

Hi everyone, I want to thank you for your contributions. As you can see, there has been ok response and hopefully, i was able to encourage you to put out your best. Few of you did great. I have finalized the winner and has been notified. I will be announcing the winner in another hour or so, after he/she submits the final version. The .jpg file you attached is very small, it would be very hard to create high-resolution ai file to make a vector for you.

If it were to happen, someone would need to post a bigger picture so a proper hi-res vector could be done.

  First - this image needs to be converted into a high resolution vector image. And provided, along with a upto 100kb web-compatible jpeg.
  Second- a new image with different colors or shapes should be submitted to show your artistic skills.
  
  Based on that winner will be chosen to do other images in future projects over next three weeks.

The focus should be on people working together, different activities at different places. The trick will be to reduce the light blue in background to near white or lighter grey, balance the blue of countries so the people become the focus. The dotted blue line should be less pronounced and could be shade of blue or grey - later to match the web R&D server..
