Contest Brief

I would like to have 2 banners under these sizes & requirements:
1. 120pxX600px
2. JPG file only+PSD separate layers file.
3. Dual side, left+right since it will be used on site's sides.
4. 43 words text which will supplied to winning proposal to embed as Title+body text.
5. Used colors of Alibaba company logo's with provided image I added here.
6. Smaller logos of Yahoo.com and Softbank should be added in background.
7. Supply time is urgent.

Pls use image supply as a background to banner or as motive but not as solid graphical element.
Pls use mentioned companies log's or related images as part of banner design.
