I am looking for a freelancer to create effective and innovative advertising copy for both Google and Facebook. The advertising copy must be within 300 characters in length in American English.. Info on what Growth Virtual does:
We help local contractors, like electricians, concrete stampers, plumbers, tree service people, etc etc) get better sleep at night. Small business owners that are overwhelmed with growing their business but not great at systems or don't have the resources to hire FT staff of their own. We can take care of that to do list by leveraging our state of the art systems and trained employees to streamline and optimize your business and profitability.

What pain points and problem is it trying to address?

Pain points:
Everything they aren't good at or feel in inadequate at doing and put to bottom of priority list even though its necessary to grow their business such as:
1. finding quality people that want to work
2. Having time to qualify and train an individual
3. Busy working, running business and worried about missing calls
4. Not sure how to advertise efficiently
5. No systems in place to nurture clients
6. Want to increase local recognition and growing through SM
7. how do you know if you had a successful day? Quickbooks doesn't show what you really need to see- KPIs.
8. Lead Gen: where does it come from (FB, google, ads, referrals) and how do you know?

Picture a guy in bed, not sleeping, clock image showing 2am - because so much on his list and not sure how to do it. He is GREAT at his job (plumbing, concrete, painting, tree service, etc) but doesn't know HR, systems, processes, CRM, operational efficiencies.
