Contest Brief

The attached image I need edited per the instructions on the document and the ability to add my own text to the exhibit (with in the categories). I am thinking if it could be a background image in a Word doc and I can add content I want into the boxes on top of the image.
I need this done 4 hours.
Sorry I forgot to post the image, which is the Value Chain Exhibit. However I would like it to be the same colors as the Trend 2014 pdf I attached.
