InDesign Catalog Creation for Sale Presentation
hello. I created your catalog in InDesign as I believe it is the best way to work if you want to get a 100% working flash flipbook (i actually even exported one based on the pages I created), it's feature rich, pages blend well together for a professional presentation and it can be exported in various formats. Please see the designs attached. I used some images, I left room for others, I created 11 pages in total, to cover your needs. I can adjust what ever you need on any pages and would gladly design this catalog for you. Looks perfect, last thing I want to change is just the last page with my photo in it. Can you put the logo in the middle being the main image, then smaller photo of me in the bottom mid left with a gap for a paragrap on the rightside of the photo

move the what companies dont tell you page so its just after the parts page. so youre basically just swapping the parts and what companies dont tell you page around

take out the quality page for now. I wont use it till i get you to do another job for me. lets keep it simple for and compact for now. so just delete it.

current page 12 "what companies dont tell you" put this at the top of the page and then just have lots of bullet points down the page. get rid of the vertical columns i dont want it like the installation page. I want it to be really informative i have a lot of info so just one big tidy page with bullet points and info to put in

keep the 2 images pages after the shutters. but take out that third one. (which is now page 11)

pages 9-10 which is now pages 7-8. (the shutter pages) can you make both these pages just have 1/3 top horizontal column and merge the bottom 2/3s on both pages. theres only 2 types of shutters and they both have lots of info. so thats why. any questions on this page let me know.

insert a new page where page 7-8 are and move everything else forward. I want to call this page sheer screens. make page 7 identical to what page 3 will be with 3 horizontal columns. this is where ill put different sheers and descriptions. on page 8 make this like how page 9,10,11 are at the moment. just a single page that i can fill up with images

now with page 4 I want you to split the top 1/3 horizontal column in the middle. Im going to put a picture of an over roll and under roll blind there but i only want it to take up very little of the page. and merge the bottom 2/3 together for more info about holland blinds.

with pages 3-4 can you also merge the middle horizontal column with the bottom one, so the bottom 2/3ds of the page are merged. Just to give you an idea im going to put the product type and example on the top horizontal coulumn then will be putting all the info with some big pictures on the bottom 2/3. for example Holland Blinds - Photo (top part), (holland blinds details & types, etc) with lots of detailed info bottom 2/3

Sorry let me know if its confusing and what questions you have. It's looking really really good Im super happy so far. Also make another page like page 3 so I can add more information. So just to give you a full example : Page 1 Title Cover, Page 2 - Contents page, Page 3 - Company, Page 4-5 Holland Product Info, Page 6-7 Images for Hollands, Pages 8-9 - Shutters information, pages - 10-12 Shutters images, pages 13 - "what companies dont tell you, page 14 Quality, page 15 parts, page 16 - warranties, page 17 - price match, page 18 - installation process, page 19 - aftermarket service - page 20 testimoneals.

The Products section is really turning out great. I know now exactly how you can make it perfect. Make another page identical like page 4 with the images for hollands. So I can put more images for hollands. Basically exactly what youve done with the shutters images template. 2 Whole pages for images each for hollands & shutters. Also with the product descriptions pages 3,5,6 can you merge the bottom 2 sections together so I can put more info in there. and leave the top bit as it is.

I want to be able to put more info, take a look at nerielm25 entry on my contest page, she has a really good company page layout example but you have better graphic design skills.

Warranty Page is really good! You certainly have talent. Can you swap the order & add 2 new pages so it's company, products, quality, parts (sub heading - chains & brackets), warranties, price match, installation process, aftermarket service, testimonials. I'd also like to add one more page to products with a heading called "What companies don't tell you" don't put it in the contents. I want to put it straight in the last page of products. The price match is one we are really proud of

I have updated the following: I modified the Company page, redesigned the layout, maybe it is better now? I added an extra page for Holland Blinds, for pictures and 2 extra pages for Shutters, also to incorporate images. 80% of our sales are holland blinds and shutters. maybe 3 pages for each. I'll probably be looking at a whole page for each just with images of the products in different homes. ill upload some examples.

Warranty page is good just maybe could do something with the 5 year warrant on all shutters, blinds etc... maybe a background behind it. Just draw more attention to it. the top lines we promise what we deliver is perfect

Please check: http://interlog.ro/intoblinds/ for new modifications. I have modified the text on the cover, On the contents page I updated the text to the same font I used on titles. For the content titles backgrouns I used a gradient. If you want a new layout to replace the current content items please let me know. I made a small modification to the company page as well. Please let me know what elements you dislike and I will try to come up with something different. Thank you

Contents page does let down the rest of the book abit. It's those basic colours I reckon or the font. The title on the contents page looks really good then below looks abit like 8-10 years ago font and colours
