This could be the design of the mold of a cavity ... another inclined flat plate can be adapted to be of automatic ejection, or, on the other hand, the mold could be allowed to be manually ejected but to increase the cavities ( Depends on the capacity of the injector)

    Following up on a few questions: 1) yes make the outer band without honey comb; 2) make the honey comb inside of outer bands 2x as big so less tooling would be required for the mold.

    What is the unit life of the different mold types you quoted (stavx II, normal iron). Without automatic expulsion and with the simplification of the design changes how many units can be manufacture red in 1 hour per mold?

      unit life is about 10.000 with normal iron and 100.000 with stavax. But these units are approximate, all depends on the use you are given ...
