I need a mascot logo for Toronto Condo Queen, a real estate website. It has to be a queen mascot that is smiling, friendly and professional. It can be cartoonish as long as it is professional looking.
Attached is an attempt by another designer. I hate it. The mascot is ugly, cross-eyed, scary, not kind-looking and not attractive at all, and the shading is done poorly. Facial features and expression are critical. Unless I get a mascot I absolutely love, I will not use it. The integration of the name would also be nice once I got the right mascot. Although I posted a specific amount, I am willing to pay double/triple if I get the right design that I can use for my website. I already wasted my money on other designers, so that is why I am not offering more unless I know 'Im getting what I'm looking for.

Additional notes: mature caricature/cartoon style is ok. No kids cartoon style, no Barbie/princess style, no pink or light colours appealing to children, no storybook style, no full body image, only face and bust as per the attached example.
