This is really great! This is our top pick. After sitting down with the team, we're not so sure about the prominence of the snake, as we weren't prepared to have a snake as a mascot :-) but we really love the design and the direction you took. props also for tackling risk with full speed. We love the rifles, the bullets, and the camo shield. The bullet holes are a nice touch as well. The ribbon, the text and the thoughtful placement of the motto on the snake are all very good. Can we have a few more similar ideas, maybe with a less prominent snake, or a different idea than the snake? One team member thought maybe a seal with the motto around it or a similar element in the middle, and smaller details around it, a wreath or olive branches or something a little UN logo-ish added might give it the flair we're looking for.
