I'm sorry that you have outclassed my project, but I'm working hard on a new mathematical model that is much more reliable than other and can solve the forecasting problem, expecially when there is a lack of data (remember the lack of months May and June in the year 2011). I'm finishing the optimization of mathematical formulas with the programming language, but I need some more time. If you can wait a few more days I can check the library and send you the January forecast. If it works then we can see if it is possible to convert the UI in CLR as you had requested. Please let me know if I can continue to work on the project or if you have already found the solution with another freelancer.

can you provide a forecast for 01 - 03.2014, in a excel file in the same format as the provided consumption history, so we can compare with the actual consumption?

In addition I have added also other important parameter, the Standard Deviation relative to mean and to Skewness and Kurtosis, can help you to understand the simmetry of values, in other word if the consumer have a linear o variable consumption.

Tell me a period that you have already analized and I send you a screen capture of the forecast. If you like send me the DB or part of it. The analysis is based on Mathematical theorems and so is very reliable. When you obtain a mean of the selected period it is sufficient to analyse the value for Skewness and Kurtosis to estabilish the degree of reliability: normally a value between -1 and 1 is good.

The data is stored in MS SQL database. We only provided an excel export for this contest. Your analyse is very interesting, but how will you forecast? How precise can your forecast be? Can you provide a forecast example from the data we provided?
