I need five small userbars that will be placed on a dark-theme forum website with a red/dark-gray design. The userbars should be roughly 240x60, but that is a guide - not a rule.

The primary colour for each userbar should be maintained in some way, but does not need to be extremely prominent, the text for each userbar must be included. The userbars and primary colours are as follows:
Owner:#B40404, Administrator:#B40404, Moderator:#0099FF, Elite:#FFC800, VIP#29CB09

We are looking for something sleek and modern. It is important to us that all creations are completely original and not designed with existing work or templates, even royalty-free ones. Please submit PNG files.
