Compact Chair
I created new model that considers your wishes. It is stable and comfortable, folds in half for easy storing. On both side it has place holders for different items, documents, cup, pencils and pens, you name it. Its modular structure makes it cheap and easy to produce. If you liked my first model more, please tell me and I'll make that model more suitable for your requirements.
