Regarding the format, there are two ways to do it, 1) a HTML code can be written and inserted in the signature box 2) Top portion between the lines could be an image and the other images can be pasted individually and links can be attached to them in the gmail signature options

I sure can create a HTML document with the links, but I have no way to test it as I cannot insert HTML codes in my Gmail; as you are aware, it is available only to Google Apps account.
