In this design sliding picture related with the beneath tab: when picture appear with motivational marketing dailouge,at that time focusing the tab in blue colour what service provide in this webpage[in my jpg focusing SERVICE]..so far slide move and picture change with the dailouge to next is RESOURCE and is go on as AD GALLERY >IN SIGHTS. In the next part of design,i think no need to explain you. Thank you.
