  Hi Predrag Novakovic, What I like about your logo is 1) you have utilized the font & text layout I requested, 2) the ribbon effect, and 3) I really like the letterpress looking effect.
  How I feel you could improve this is 1) less ribbon arches, 2) vary the thickness of the ribbon i.e. more abstracted, 3) use all the colors listed in the brief blending throughout the ribbon.
