Amended version
I have adapted the logo and background. Have you noticed there is a similarity with the omnipotent CocaCola logo? It's very subtle, but I am convinced that this resemblance will help USA public to welcome our product. Colours have been modified using blue and red from both national flags. Hope you like this option too.

I like the color scheme better. The brighter dots are more appealing. I don't think the water bubbles are necessary as they detract from the logo - it makes it more distracting/busy.
