     It is impossible to submit video files, only jpg, png and flv are accepted in this contes, i think it is because of the category you choice for this contest. Because of this i just uploaded a Jpg image and the animation you will be able to see it in the Youtube link.

  I have not yet seen anything animated. Ideally the atom would be animated: the outer rings would be spinning around the central nucleus (ball). The effect would be like a meteor tail spinning around the nucleus.
