Hi Janahang, thank you the submission. I really like the design and the floor plan! There are just a few concerns that I would like to discuss with you. The first concern being the overhangs on the roof (the solid and slatted forms). There is a real concern regarding strong winds and hurricanes. I am afraid these may be lifted off the building during a storm. What do you think about this? Also, I want the roof-top to be a usable space for outdoor grilling, lounging, and jacuzzi/hot tub for all the units to be able to use. We would need some sort of border/surround to act as a railing for safety. Can you incorporate such an idea into this design? Second, i do not see any closet space in the floor plans, are you able to add closet space to the bedrooms? Last, I would like to see your version of Building 1, this would be the 1 bedroom condos as described in the contest. Thank you again and I look forward to hearing back from you!
