I've maximized the space given that permits me to have additional areas on the first floor. Flat roof on the carport. More steps can be added to maximize ceiling height and copy the intent of the houses on the reference links. Glass window alongside the hallway on both floor overlooking the landscaped courtyard.

Hi Katrina,
Good job! Few pointers:
- I no longer required the study/computer room!
- The porch is required to be on the lift side where you have left side of the plot not on the right.
- The ground living room is required to be double-height, so it goes all the way to the roof.
- The ground kitchen is required to have direct windows with the lawn and I required at least 250 Sqft of kitchen area on the ground floor.- il y a 3 mois
