  Thanks for accepting the files and leaving feedback, although it appears that my contest entry wasn’t able to meet your expectations; at least not entirely.
  
  As I said before, I’ll need more information in order to move forward with something that’s more complete and comprehensive.
  
  In all honesty, I’d just need to know what kind of events you plan on targeting in particular. If you still haven’t reached an agreement between you and your associates with regards to this matter, then perhaps you could simply tell me 5-10 possible areas of focus, which you and your associates envision directing the company towards.

  I understood what you needed from the contest brief in both its original and revised form. The issue at hand was in getting you what you need from what you’ve given us.
  
  What you’re telling me now is very different from the impression that I got from watching those 2 videos on your Youtube page. Before asking you, I checked the ‘About’ section on your Youtube page and found nothing, and even went so far as checking your Facebook page, only to find very little.
  
  As I suspected, you’ll also need a marketing plan. The marketing plan for the overall business should have come before the Internet marketing strategy itself.
  
  If possible, can you extend the contest deadline once more? If not, I’ll try to put something together with what little time remains.

  I understand that you’re affiliated with an event management company based in the UK, but I understand very little outside of that.
  
  Are you a regional event management company, only promoting events in the UK? Or, are you a global event management company, promoting events all over the world?
  
  Also, do your event promotions only cater to the urban/rap/hip hop crowd? This wasn’t clear to me from the 2 videos you uploaded. (Although, it sure seemed that way.)

     In short we would like to learn how best to promote these videos to a wider audience. I have used freelancer for other things in the past and thought it maybe a useful resource. I did originally believe I had made it clear in the contest what we are looking for, but obviously not!

  We are a recently formed Company, based in London, employing around 100 full and part time employees working in security, club and events management. We aim to deliver 1 YT video a week, outlining not only events that we are involved in but potentially also other areas we are interested in.
