I developed an alternative for a modern renovation of the Unit, which includes the preliminary requirements: - Master Bedroom (ensuite Bedroom 1) - Third bedroom and a new bathroom - Open living ro om, dining and kitchen area flowing to an outdoor deck. - New euro landry that allows a back garage entry and outdoor exit.
