What are we doing about the spammer in Editing and Articles?

For the last month, someone has been posting fake jobs in Editing and Articles, directing people to an xxx site. They seem to have perfected getting posts accepted at the rate of 2 every 3 minutes, which obviously jams the system for 'real' freelancers. Why are these jobs being accepted, and what can we do to shut down this spammer? The two types are easy to spot, always use the same words (changed slightly, weekly).

Nanette is very true, here I am looking for exactly the same, and I see that since 2016 it happens, and a solution is not yet found.
