This is very simple to withdraw fund from Freelancer website.
You just need to:
1. open a free account in Skrill (link below).
2. put your Skrill account detail in freelance website
3. received fund in skrill account.
3. Then apply bank transfer/online transfer fund at any bank.

Personally for me, the best method looks like this: Freelancer.com -> Skrill (Moneybookers) -> Bank card. The first withdrawal from Freelancer.com to Skrill takes 15 days, but about 3-7 days the next time. Skrill transfer takes a few days.
