Do things seem right if I am getting a price that is below the quoted amount?
Hi
I had made my bid at USD 166 to complete work within 4 days. The 4 days are over and so far I have been assigned articles that amount upto 20 USD till now. Is that fair game or is there something fishy going on here? Should I be setting up a milestone with all the details and sending the invoice to the employer? I am new to freelancing, hence do not know how the payment process works. Kindly help me decide.
