Can anyone help me bid for a project as it need 5 reviews
There is a project which matches 100% exactly with my skills and unable to bid for the same as it requires 5 reviews and an upgraded membership plan.
As I am new to Freelancer however will not be able to bid for the same.
Hence needed some expert help here who could help me bid for the project.
